Global Risk Defusing Problem

I've had some problems defusing these couple of days. When trying to
Hold down "E", nothing happens. Please fix this, as it costed my clan a win in a clan war.

Sometimes when playing gm when i press e i don't see anything but i kept holding it and the bomb defused ;o so if you can't see the bomb defusing it probably still is

sometimes is glitched.. idk how , sometimes is a body dead over bomb and you can't defuse
