Ok so anyone know why support need this?

ok so i lost my account ( through my own fault not hacked or dodgy dl's etc ) but now im trying to retrive it i have all info like original email orignal i.p original pass sq anwser first name paypal recipts (alot of them) home phone used to buy zp etc i provided them with all this and things sounded promising and they were hapy but then they said please provide us with paysafe reciept code thingy (cant remember exactly) before they can prgress further but the problem is i dont have that i have ALL other info except that why is that 1 little thing a problem? :(

    Some investigations require more information than others to prove you are the original owner of the account, generally payment information is information that the original owner would have.

    This is more so the case if you have already lost your account once.

    2nd aint original email sq pass created date ip used ot creat acc paypal info home phone used ot buy zp 1st name 1st pass and generally anything they needed they got but then "paysafe" i have never used that to my knowledge and if i did i dont have any recipt for it :\
    cant they see im the owner knowing all the information i do? also i have bought zp using my credit card and the card holders name is the same as of which the paypal and email is :/

    been gone for nearly 8 months ( tried to get it back for first month which was sounding promising as everything they asked for i provided then BAAAM provide us with paysafe reciept" i dont have it and if i did id have my acc back now some german kids sitting there with major for 8 months killing people with my guns -_- also he only ranked 1 bar like wth

    We don't assist with account issues on here, the support team have dealt with enough cases of the matter to know how to proceed. You'll have to deal with them directly as they are dealing with your case.

    ok thanks anyway i was just curiose as to why the one payment of that could over rule all the info i have :\
    looks like ill never get it back which is sad but hey i caught my old rank up just need guns now lol ( except rose axe as it was limited time :L )
