UK to Austria IP restrictions

Hello. A friend of mine lives in the UK. He created an account today and can play with no problems. He will go to austria in half a year and live there permanently. The problem is, austria is in the ip restriction area. Is there a way to still play for him in austria then(not CF EU)?

Nope, all accounts that are made after August '11 have IP restrictions on them.

IP Hiders would make you lag.. besides thats would be bending the rules would it not? You'd risk getting banned.
