Can anyone help me?

I have downloaded and installed Crossfire. I ran Crossfire and clicked START, then it goes to the patcher. The window closes after a split second and then nothing happens.
Why is this happening?

Does it say anything else..?Like an error notification?

If it no message pops up I dont know. Whenever stuff like that happens then you can either wait a day, or reinstall. Never failed me
