why full screen not working

Can you explain it a little more specifically?

Can you not use the Full Screen option ingame?
Are there black bars surrounding the window when you do go full screen? Are they vertical or horizontal?

Specifics please. Thank you!

Either change the resolution from the option (wrench icon) in game.
