Problem With Facebook Ribbon

Hi Z8
I'm trying to get "Facebook Friends" Ribbon (+ Free USP Hand Gun)
But When I'm Clicking Here...

it says this..

It is currently impossible to get this ribbon. It will likely be reenabled in the future.

Since this problem was reported long time ago, they removed it (Stop giving USP and ribbon) and it's under maintenance (fixing) so you cannot get it.

If you bothered to check the stickied threads for news/notices (normally/usually) and CF Announcements board you may have found out on the first page there this thread:
