error, white page appear while game guard loggin

System specs?
Could you provide a video/screenshot by any chance?
I might be able to help you resolve this problem, if you give me full infomation.

Press ALT + Printscreen as the problem appears, go to paint (start, programs, accessories, paint) and press CRTL + V to paste the image.

Then save it to your desktop, and go to an imagehost (imageshack.us for example), and host the picture, which you can then send to our support staff along with an explination of what is happening
