Clan problem

ok so i am the leader of my new clan *6thSence* and so i log in and click my clan and it says you do not have a clan you can create or join one so then i search my clans name and it says im the leader so i click on the clan ans sometime it will say the logger is closed other times it will work and so i click on the 3 member join requests i have and it says only for clan leaders and leuitanants??????????? help plz
