HGW gets to 100% but game doesn't load

So yea, it starts and gets to 100% HGW but game just never starts, and i don't get a message or error. I tried reinstalling multiple time as well as deleting xtrap / hgw, but it just keeps doing the same thing, anyone know a fix for this?

When I down graded to windows xp I was having the same problem as you,then I reinstalled windows 7 and then I had no problems, kinda strange. When I was using xp and unable to play I had no antivirus or anything else, I wanted to eliminate all possibility of it being any fault on my side. However if you have antivirus add crossfire as an exception. Other than that try upgrading as windows 7 seems to have less faults with crossfire.
