Servers are down?

There are lots of people playing the game right now so we are trying to determine whether this problem is on the individual level or the game level.


What programs are you running in the background? Does X-Trap give you any errors or messages?

What AV are you using?

If the problem was the servers it would affect everyone, or a much greater % of the population.

Right now there are thousands of people on the game playing no problem.


The actual problem is some sort of common ground between everyone who is experiencing this and CF. NOT the servers.

Please try to understand how technical issues occur and are troubleshooted. We need to find the common ground. An Anti Virus is one of those common grounds we look towards because of the history that certain av's have (AVG for example).

It does not mean that the anti virus program is the problem, it's a process of elimination.

Is your firewall active? Is Cross Fire an exception on your firewall?

What other programs are you running in the background? Example: XFire
