Loading screen error

I run it as admin and it is compatible with windows 7 in the properties, and yet once i hit loading screen it just freeze's there, i've reinstalled 4 times, I get no error, it just wont load and i have to keep closing it with taskmanager.

anyone know how to fix ?... it just started this morning and my other friend has the problem as well. we both run desktops with windows 7
