X-trap game execute file is not normal error
xtrap started giving me these errors when i'm trying to run crossfire
it says game execute file is not normal or an abnormal memory access has been detected
at tool name accelerator.dll
i havent changed anything on the file nor run anny programs before i ran crossfire
i'm not using hacks either but i did try to change the kill marks, idk if that's the reason for the error but i don't think so i just changed a few .tga files in the mark folder, but even when i replaced the old .tga files vback it still gave this error

Accelerator.dll may be linked to some type of program not associated with Cross Fire.
We're doing a bit of research here on it but as far as we can tell this could have come from a toolbar, or some sort of program that was installed on the pc which is now trying to modify how Cross Fire works.
I don't believe this is going to get you banned. Though if this is tied to a hack then it can lead to bans for sure.
It's difficult to tell specifically what could be going on here.
My first suggestion would be to try and run any malware or spyware cleaning programs. Secondly I would look to see if you've installed any "accelerator" software recently, programs that help stream youtube videos or claim to make your dl's faster etc etc. -

i'm getting this error after a restart at the pc
The listed dll here is with xfire, specifically messaging friends with xfire.
We've just tested the program and it works fine, try getting the latest version of xfire, or try closing it down when running cross fire. -

I updated the drivers and i still get the error...
I uninstalled crossfire and i tried to reinstall but the download page doesn't load for me?

All this started to happen after xtrap patched today. Everything was working fine before that. -
Help needed
I got a similar error today too except the tool name is different (katrack.dll). This just happened today and before this was working perfectly just fine. I tried re-installing crossfire and still gave me that error. Help plz, much appreciated thanks!

ok what about this becuase it actually doesnt have any error code "/
not sure if its relevent but i have good ping usually around 18-25 but wehn i get this error i spike to 1k-3k then i close game cause its too hard with lagg and this message is just sitting there smiling at me like hahaha i made you RQ -__-' lol

This could be related to 1 of two things. these can't guarantee a solution though.
1) You are running some sort of macro program while the game (x-trap) is loading.
2) You have a virus related to a previous hack or program on your computer.
Disabling your anti virus is a recommended procedure during download and installation of the game files. Adding the game files to the exception list should be fine. You should be able to re-enable your AV after that fact. However, you may want to scan your computer for viruses or previous hack files and remove the trouble files.
