Loading screen log in error

My game has froze at the loading screen since this morning, i tried whatever i could but the username and password bar just doesnt come out, all it has is the background picture and the Loading... please wait. Does anybody have the same problem as me or is it just my computer? Or doesnt any player/GM know how to fix this? thx very much
