Error found in HMX.

Like today I played (farmed ) HMX for daily mission.
I was many times stabbing mutants with an axe. Then when i get infected by the other players (mutants) meanwhile the stab into a head. It leads to a client error. I think this happened to you too. You can also test it. I hope you can fix this to make the game better. Thx.
