Maybe you should wait. And you need to make sure it's not the winning rounds you are counting. It's the games you win that counts

Wait up to 48 hours, if you didn't get the ribbon, that means you didn't finish. I think it has to be at least 6 players and minimum 6 rounds. Solider wins 9/13 counts as 1 win. Minority rules.
