About Mutation Games

I'm really annoyed when I'm playing mutation mode games. Because players are always throwing flash grenades, smoke grenades and frag grenades. Why don't GM's remove flash and smoke grenades in mutation mode games? Any of you guys feel this way?

  • I guess that you farm. In normal game in public it's usefull for the protection agaisnt mutants.

    No, it's not usefull at all.
    People throw flash and smoke just about when mutation is spreading so it ruins the whole game when some gay throws flash and every one gets mutated, that ruins everything.

    Well true that I'm getting flashed almost every round. People doing it cuz they are bored and they want to troll someone. I don't say that i never flashed someone or smoked their camp spot in MM games xD but without those things MM would not be so cool. How about the mutantion granade? If they remove all the granades from that mode.

    The mutation grenade isn't the problem here, the flash and smoke are. Those two items are the most annoy things when it comes to the beginning of a MM/HM/HMX match. They should set a time limit when you can't use those items before and after anyone gets mutated. Like 10 seconds after someone is mutated in the beginning. (BTW, why would they remove the Mutation grenade when it's sole purpose is to be used in MM/HM/HMX?)
  • the smoke grenade is not such a problem,
    smoke grenades are useful when you are escaping a mutant i have used them before to get away from mutants anyway.
    Besides the fact that Flash Grenades can be irritating when people flash you just before mutants turn.
    However, flash grenades can also put off enemies that aren't mutants if you play MM as a FFA and not team up. then it can also be useful. this could be debated i have to say :)

    It is kinda,I don't like a camping spot being smoked to death and the chances of barely seeing anyone mutate and going after you without knowing they are there and yes, this could be debatable. I would really appreciate if they actually did something rather than removing them from ingame mutation modes.

    Removing throwing weapons in MM,HM,and HMX games would actually be a good idea,just like they remove flashbangs in TDM matches.It does seem annoying when the whole site or some locations is smoked and players are being flashed.I dont mind being naded,even teamnaded in MM,getting flashed and not being able to see clearly through the smoke just annoys me.
