Account integrity is your responsibility.
Theres no way to just "get hacked".
No mod or GM has been hacked, which is kind of a clue.
We practice secure account handling, which clearly you don't.
G4 reserves the right to not return your account during certain circumstances.
The details of which I leave between you and whichever support staff you've been talking to.

ive kept my cool for almost a week and no i have never given my pw out to anyone and i do not hack. so there. and for the record check z8games history. in the past they have gotten hacked. heres a site a found that is giving free hacked accounts that they stole. censored, genius /. -
See, the problem is that your account doesn't matter to anyone except you.
My account would be fair game, and GM accounts definitely since they have in-game powers.
Yet our accounts remain intact, and yours isn't.
The obvious answer is that we keep our accounts secure, while you at some point have not.
But I digress. So, support staff does not read this forum.
If you want to talk to them in another attempt to regain access to the account, you will have to do it through tickets.
I have no influence on support staff.
If you feel that support staff is unable to resolve the problem because of language issues, feel free to contact Saidin through private messages on the forum.
Mind you, he will not overturn a legitimate decision by the support staff, he might however explain to you further why the decision was made.
And a post such as your first post, is likely to be ignored by all involved parties.
There are far more pressing and interesting issues to resolve than "**** you give me my ****ing account".
A bit of courtesy goes a long way. -

im sorry i got fed up. just i wish theyd support. i lost all my guns that ive paid zp for and bought the gp with. i am 24 and not a kid so i know if i gave my pw away or not. would you not be upset if you was playing a game then all a sudden you get messages while you are on an alt from someone in your main saying they deleted all your stuff? i even have friends paying high end games like WoW that have had their accs stolen from them and they never give out pws. and heres a saying that ive heard of "nothing on the internet is NOT hackable, but everything IS replaceable." so ik if i could just get thru to someone who is willing to help, i should be able to get things replaced. -
