My ping

I have 130 to 140 ping in Alpha, Bravo and Clan servers, used to have 80 to 90 ping before... After a couple patches my ping started changing from 90 to 110 from 110 to 130, but in US WEST SERVER it didn't change at all I used to have 50 and still have 50 ping.
Haven't changed my Internet Supplier. I live in Mexico, other people (from Mexico) with the same ISP(and same speed) have around 90 ping and they live a couple of cities south of mine.
I was wondering if my laptop is running a program or something that is making my ping go this high... Sometimes I get 110 ping.

    If you think there is a problem with your current ms, check if you use a wireless network or are there more computers in your house that also needs internet?
    And if it is a program: It's likely to be Pando Media Booster. You need that program for a lot of games that you may have downloaded. When it's installed, I can't do anything anymore and you're a peer for other people that download the same game that you downloaded. You can deinstall it at the Configuration > Remove Programs.
