Clan points...

You're supposed to get 1 point for every 500 exp, right? So how come I got 1800 exp and only 2 points? And instead of going up by 13, which is the total of points we actually earned, our clan points only went up by 1... Now I'm sorry if I'm making some mistake and wasting your time, but some answers would be nice.
