Unable to play

Please help... Crossfire is getting stuck at "Connecting to channel" 80% of the time. And on occasions when I am able to get past that, it gets stuck at "Joining game room". Most time it just stays at that message an then either a "you have been idle for too long" message or "disconnected from server" appears. I tried by passing the router an directly connecting to the net. It still doesn't work

(I use bit defender antivirus. But even disabling it doesn't help.)

You're just lagging. I get this too, but only when I'm lagging.
