Yes, you can have duplicates of any gun to count with your ribbon. What is a ainda.e? When you have 25 total weapons, excluding the starter m16 and m700, the ribbon will be added to your CF profile within' 48 hours. So, if you did accumulate that many guns, please be patient to receive the ribbon.
