i have 21 ribbons and no m4 custom crystal

I do not know why but my account seems to have been glitchy in the past week. I logged in during the time to get the AK-47 adv and i didnt get it, so i decided to go to the z8 events page for crossfire, and it said i was not qualified to do the event, but then a few days later, i bought 40k zp and i logged in and suddenly had the ak47 adv, and also the other day i got to 20 ribbons and waited for a while, then i checked my profile in the website, and it said i also got the "my ribbons are made of crystal" ribbon, and with that I was suppost to get the m4 custom crystal but i did not, i tried waiting a few hours, and still I do not have the m4 custom crystal in my storage, I don't really know what to do to get it anymore... Please help!
