400% Exp is not working

As the title says, 400% of exp does not work.
I've been playing almost all day yesterday, and on several occasions won 3000 Exp, but only earned 1100 exp?
Yeah only 1100 in all games...

So much effort to win the 400%, so that the Exp not work properly?
