Very upset over pathetic lack of support.
I sent in a support ticket roughly a week ago with regards to claiming account information I had forgotten. I provided three well written well thought out paragraphs in the "Additional Information" section explaining things in more depth. Only for me to wait an entire day for them to respond to me with what I already know:
"All of the information you have provided does not match our records.
Please note that if you cannot provide us with at least two pieces of RECENT/CURRENT correct account information on the support form, we cannot help you."
I was fully aware that the information I had given them wasn't one hundred percent accurate, and I explained this and more in the additional information section, which they obviously didn't read. After being frustrated with the useless reply they gave me, I began to wonder if it was an automated message, and responded again. I questioned how they came to the conclusion that EVERYTHING I told them was irrelevant, and brought up some new information.
After that, I brainstormed how I could prove ownership of the account. I located my old Crossfire folder and decided to open up the information on it, such as when the file(s) where created, specifically the name save .dat, to prove to them that I've been using my login id for roughly a year. I sent them the picture and awaited an response.
4 Days pass by without a single response, and the only response so far that I've had was most likely an automated one. They changed the status to "Pending" = " We require further information to proceed. Please reply back with the correct requested information. "
At this point I'm very angry, very frustrated, and completely disappointed and dissatisfied with z8games support. I gave them 6+ paragraphs of relevant information on my account, and solid evidence of me using this account for over a year on my computer. I don't understand what further proof they need, as nobody has bothered to actually look into my claim and discuss anything with me.
If I'm not given a serious reply soon, I may seriously consider quitting, something I am very reluctant to do because of the amount of time I've spent on this account, but I refuse to support a company and play their game when their support is nonexistent and leaves me vulnerable without critical account information. If you are looking to play this game, make sure you write down your email and security question, otherwise you're going to be left dealing with a robot to tell you what you already know.

playing on an account for a year doesn't prove ur ownership
but if u've purchased a decent amount of zp on it and the real owner doesn't want it anymore
i'd say that the ownership of this account should be overtaken by u
