I got Problems with my Account.

Hello,
Something really bad happened to me, i forgot my Security Answer and someone just hacked my old E-Mail Adress, so i cant Access to it, i cant change my E-Mail adress neither my Password. Is there any other way to change it, please? Someone just logged on my Account today, my Leader told me that while we were Skyping, he scared him, said he will hack his IP when he loggs off, and he logged off. He didnt logg on yet, he is usually on Alpha Server ( we live in Germany). He also Spoke german with our Leader. He told him his name would be Andrej (thats me) and my i was skyping that time with my Leader. So he was scared and logged of. Thats the Story, is there any way to change my Password/E-Mail or bann his IP for Crossfire/My Account? Thanks for your Help, GMs and Players
