My Account Banned Perm No Reason !!!

Today i logged into my account name : Shiro[Dunk]

Banned Perm and from the 1st time wtf ?

and i never use hack can someone solve it i wasted alot of money on it and no one have it

can someone solve it really !!!
caz thats not a joke and false hack is not funny

    i already replied them but they didnt reply me yet -_- i really dont know what to do and even if i use hack i will stop at 30 days i wont complete it to be perm. :'(

    Are you saying that you account has never been banned? and this is the first time that you're getting this error?

    I think that's a lie what you say. why?

    1. you've played today "Last Play Date 17/08/2012" and the Ribbon cannot be lost today.

    2. an account to be banned permanently must be banned for at least 5 times.

    This account was banned today after review.

    The game sets a certain attack speed for things like Knives, Axes, melee weapons etc. Some known hack programs adjust those speeds.

    It's impossible to obtain the amount of melee kills you achieved, while using an axe attacking at 3-4 times the normal speed, while ignoring all other weapon drops (ie you always switched to your axe). PLUS the fact that when you did miss headshots on the axe you were 1-hit killing, and the fact that there was 3 previous bans on this account for automatic detection for using public hack .dll files injected into the game leaves us with enough obvious evidence that would suggest this account was using a hack.

    Therefore the account was permanently banned.


    The amount of money does not matter if you hack in our game. You will be caught.


    If you want to play Cross Fire, play it legitimately.


    Lastly, we will suggest never to give out your account information. If you play from an internet cafe (especially in places like Egypt and Turkey where they are more common), make sure that you log out of your character when you leave the computer as someone could come back to that computer and hack on your account if you don't log out properly.
