golden desert eagle

Hello,
I just exchanged 80 coupons on my account for a golden desert eagle gun.
I was so excited I wanted to try it immediatly. When I tried to take my secondary gun, it simply says there is none and I switch to my melee weapon. I tried to switch bags and there I can see that it is in my bag, I simply cant use it. Someone help me plz, thx
