IP restriction missunderstanding
Hello, i've made a support ticket to get a mediocre answer which didn't help me in anyway. The response seemed to be written by a person who just read the first few lines. With no success there, i'd like to ask help here. I'll copy paste what i wrote on the support ticket : "Hello, i have created my account before the august 2011 update, and i used to play crossfire, but quit for a longer time when the xtrap was introduced (i got errors and couldn't play anymore). Now i want to play it again, but my character is gone, and the system isn''t allowing me to play because of "This service is not available in your region" restriction, probably because it thinks i didn't have a character before the update. Is there any way for me to play again? I want to play this version of Crossfire because of friends. "
I hope not to get an answer like in the support ticket and solve this little problem. Thanks for your time

Well, they re-directed me to the thread in which the IP restriction is explained, while it was pretty obvious that i have already read it. Here is the full reply:
Dear player,
Unfortunately, we have some regions that are IP blocked for accounts created after August 3 2011. It means that any account created after that date on the red zone in the map will not be able to play the Z8 Cross Fire. For details about what regions are in the red zone, please check the links below:

We are currently aware of the issue where players are receiving "Service is not available in your region" in the green zone and as a result have placed this as a high priority problem.
Recently there was as fixed applied that solved many cases of "Service not available in your region" error. However some reports indicate that a small number of players are still experiencing this issue.
We urge these players to continuing to try to log in as it appears that this problem is intermittent.
Thanks for your patience and understanding.
I think it's pretty obvious that i already know about these threads by reffering to the "august 2011 update" "character was created before august 2011 update" and such.
By the way, i'm from Lithuania, and i already checked, it's in the red zone. So, there is no way for me to play again? -
No there is no way now.
Sorry you had your account reset. But that is that. Nothing that anyone else can do. Sorry.
You can try the version that does have a license in Europe, CF Europe. You can find their link on our homepage at http://crossfire.z8games.com/ -

No he has an account made before the deadline.
It even says
"Recently there was as fixed applied that solved many cases of "Service not available in your region" error. However some reports indicate that a small number of players are still experiencing this issue."
Try and contact support, explaining the situation that you believe your account has been reset due to inactivity. -
