Banned by bug on the site

5/8/2012 Permanent day was banned by the use of hack even though no illegal program, account nick: _FdR] [Love.? This account which I am sending this message is my fake, I would like you to look into the system to ensure that there is a bug.
Again the same bug is happening today on 16/08 site goes down and when you try to login surprise was banned ;/
