Hmm strange.Well wait for Support to contact you.If they dont do it in 24h then you will have to wait for like 4 more days.Be patient thats all what i can say.
It could be so many things like you did installed a program that doesn't let you to go ingame or that you really have cheats(i hope not).It could be many reasons that you cannot login on cf.
But try to do this if you cannot wait:
reinstall your CF by downloading a new CF client.
install it and try to see if it works.If not try reinstall windows and install all of the programs (drivers and etc) then install CF.If that doesn't work then you will have to wait for Support to answer you.

If the ping is posiblity he wouldn't be banned non-stop for 0days-0 hours-0 min.
it would be perm ban but i don't think that ping is the issue about that he is not be able to play this game.Also he was banned 3 days ago(before patch)
