resolution problem after update

Hi,
the august update is nice but what the .. did they do with the resolution?
When im ingame now i have that ugly black bars around the game

Before the update it was on full screen and there were no problems with the ati driver and the scale option...
My graphic card is ATI HD 6870

Can somebody help me?

So, now I noticed that they removed the resolution of 1680x1050

Ya idk why they would remove the 1680x1050 resolution, i have a very big monitor and default it runs on 1920x1200 but now i have to run CF as 1440x 900 which makes everything look huge and hurts my eye

Please give me 1680x1050 back. It's the native resolution of my monitor. The image quality with 1440x900 has become much worse.

The resolution hasn't actually been removed.

We can't publicly condone editing your system.dat file but there is a solution here:

Note that this is a bug and will be corrected.
