Game wont load

After the new patch, it started by numerous 'threat detected' warnings coming up, but after a while they stopped popping up, and the patch finished. But now, when ever I try and load up the game a message comes up saying:
File is changed : W[2007] L[2]
CShell.dll

Can anyone help :'(?

yea i got same problem.Even i did reinstalled the game it doesn't help :S
