It takes about 24 hours max to get your 21st ribbon (My Ribbons Are Made Of Crystal) which will get you the M4-CC. Then it will take up to 48 hours to get the M4-CC. The total process is about 72 hours max. Mine took about 4X hours. The clan pages refreshes once per day, so thats why it takes a while.
