I did not get my free zp

hey all ,

I had done so servery and I did not get my free zp that was from 4 days ago I sign
up with Souq and I did not get the free 880 zp and then I did another one 3 days ago
with fTalk and I did not get my free 8 zp so what I mst do to get the servery ribbon ?

this happens to me what happens is the survey doesn't finish alot of them keep going on and on.

U just have to get a working survey that doesn't take longer than explained.
