how do you change your profile pic in the forums?

title self-explanatory. more specifically, how do i do it from google images? if i can't, are there any other ways i can do it from the internet? as you can see i don't have one. trying to get one

You can either copy the URL of the image or save it and upload it it. You can then show it like this in a forum post.
like this but without space

To change avatar, you go to CP at the top left and it will show you the options.
