"Server Too Busy"

my assumption is this....
Perhaps the server is to busy?
its been doing it for a couple of days now, my guess is they have increased traffic with growing intrest in the game and they have not adopted a larger server capacity yet...
Or, they might not have the web server running at full tilt do to some other issue.
