Missing Dual D.E Pink

Have you logged out and back in? Sometimes you may need to get the client to "refresh" to have the win show up in your inventory.

If there's still nothing,
You will need to submit a support ticket to Crossfire >> Technical Support to verify the win. The link below will bring you to the form to fill out. Don't forget to include your IGN.

Note that seeing the weapon in the circle capsules "outside" of the three main winning capsules does NOT constitute a win. You have to have won it within those specific three capsule spots.

We know about the player profile issue with guns not appearing on the website. There's a plan in place to have those appear soon.

As for the not winning guns ingame, I'll refer it upwards. For now the best solution is to contact support.
