Account loss

Hello z8, I am here to regard an important issue. The full story is as follows, Today, I have an account that was never traded, shared, or anything likewise. Just today, I attempted to log in and I found that my account's password was changed. I have checked using the Lost info feature and all it said was "Email is not registered into our system." I have also checked my email for any change requests, I did not find any. This means the only option is that z8games has deliberately taken my account with no proof what so ever. Can someone please prove me wrong or does anyone else have this problem?

1. The forums is not the place to ask for questions about account loss. It's best to send a support ticket.

2. It's very unlikely that you could have lost your account due to a problem on Z8's end. It's possible you downloaded a keylogger when downloading malicious programs.

Your only card on the table is to contact support to figure out exactly what went down, how, and why.

Coming to the forums will not solve anything. I can only wish you the best of luck, as well as a bit of advice, be honest as well as keep a cool head. Remember to read the Terms and Conditions that you agreed to to know what you can and/or cannot do as well as vice versa for Z8.

More than likely what Z8 will do is check their end of the actions. They won't be able to help you if it is deemed that the problem originated from your end from say, for example, a keylogger from a free zp site or whatever.
