Id has already been logged in

I know my account hasn't been hacked and it seems to be a fairly common bug lately but often times when logging in I/we get this error saying "ID has been logged in already. Would you like to log in again." Though I know no one is on my account it still scares me every time I see it. Please make a fix for this!
