Crazy lag

Been getting some random lag spikes all day today only on crossfire... when ever i have played cf today my ping normal 37-57 turned into a min of 107 mostly 300-3000 started up around 12:00 at night and has been happening when i log on to cf whats wrong ?

It's more likely someone else is also using your internet connection. Perhaps family members/room mates are streaming videos or torrenting. You only have so much bandwidth. Either increase the bandwidth you get, or ask whoever is also using the internet connection to limit their bandwidth usage.
