Yea it would be nice to get a more specific description of the problem. If you do not know how to deposit zp, follow these simple steps.
1) log in at the top of the page.
2) click on Deposit (in blue) at that same area at the top.
3) there are different ways to deposit, I guess try BuddieShop
4) choose the correct ZP amount.
5) follow on screen instructions to deposit.
6) after depositing you may need to wait a certain amount of time, and/or log out and back in for it to take effect. -

I''m trying to make ZP from "Credit Card" ??and "BuddieShops" click "buy now" and I see now that "This transaction has been denied.
Reason:Failed to pass security validations." , while the other offers me an account of his form to enter your credit card.
I wrote to support a "BuddieShops" but already week from them there is no answer. -
I happen to have the same issue although i know the reason for mine. (my parents asked my bank to block payments to z8games due to the fact i kept spending all my money on zp)

credit cards keep getting that problems just use prepaid cards like paysafe
u buy them in a paper shop and on their site u can see the nearest selling location then u get a code and type it and u have zp without using cred card I still think its safest and easyest
