M4a1 - Patriot 5 crates missing

My friend got hit by this problem."mexicanu" bought 5 M4A1 Patriot 5 crates this morning 9 AM GMT+2 and he left them to open later..when he entered the game later ( meeting the new server problems ) he entered to see ( or play) the 5 crates, only to see them gone.He has no M4A1 Patriot crates..even if he spented good ZP on them...that means Real Money spent for nothing..or in other words..scaming...or stealing..please any administrator or GM reply to this thread

My brother bought 10 Scar Light RD crates, same happened with him.
Apparently this is happening a lot now, just write to the mods.

me too,yesterday I lost my 30 Scar-light RD creates and 10 Dual D.E. creates,WTF! I wonder that can z8 protect our guns and otherthings in CF !

Me too ... I lost 30 Summer Crates ... after the large laggs they're away and the support does not respond... It's so annoying that there is not statement from CrossFire

One problem with support, THEY NEVER REPLY, I lost 80K zp from buying some zp crates and they were gone after I saw the SWAT thing and then when it said client error it logged me out. When I logged backed in my crates were gone. The support ticket was sent over 3 weeks ago and still no reply

You don't complain to.the support team that you didn't get ZP, ZP is from other companies but I'd you lose crates you can contact the support team.

Cross Fire is not compatible with Windows 8. Please keep the thread on topic to the thread creator may get correct help.
