Who moved my creates!

Hello everyone,I'm a rookie in the forum.
yesterday morning ,I purchased 70K ZP and bought 30 summer special ZP creates and 40 dual D.E.creates,10 Gatling gun creates and 5 AWM-R.D creates(the40 D.E was bought in twice,one 30and one 10 )
but, the BM has error sooner,the summer creates has missing!and the latter 10 D.E missing ,too.
I have waited for the whole day ,and no results, it's meanless to cheat you, believe it or not, the GM can look up my Zp and BM logs.
I hope the GM can help me and wish some forum member can answer me why ,because I never met it before,thank you !
