Crates problem

Servers are experiencing some problems right now, you're not the only one to have this problem. I'm sure things will get fixed as the servers are fixed.

i bought 10 zp crates and when i tried to open them, i disconnected and i relogged. i checked my owned crates and they disappeared. an hour later, the lag seemed to have disappeared so i bought another 10 crates but i couldn't open them so i came back 6 hours later and they disappeared too along with my zp

I also had 500 crates now all gone pls help..

please provide some evidence.
