Item confirmation Failed.

Dear Admin / Mod.

I buyd 30 crates of the summer special crate, wanted to open it and it said :
Item confirmation failed. The game gave me a "Send error report".
I relogg, and lost the 30 crates & My ZP that I put in the crates are Gone !?

Please tell me how this comes?
I want the crates or ZP back.

The servers are experiencing some problems. Wait a while until the servers are fixed again and your problem might be fixed aswell, if not then feel free to send a Support Ticket

why u bought crates now ?server is now totally crashed .so dont buy and spin them
