Can't Open CrossFire

Hey its my fist time playing Cross Fire and i really wanted to play but my game wouldn't open so im really sad right now when i run it, it shows tht launcher and when i click start nothing opens up if you know the solution to this please reply or contact me at skype

hey my game always worked... but now when i logg in it says that my account was already logged in, and i just continue and the game just get really slow, and when i choose a sv an error apears... its a unknow error... what do i do???
