.... both of your accounts have lost their 'Honorable Soldier' Ribbon... so i can only assume youve been caught hacking before, and have recieved a temp ban on one of your accounts...

Maybe you shouldn't have left the software on your PC -.-, and hacking on a diff account just means that they already have your IP so when you did it again, permabanned.

And yet what you just said begs the question; Why is it necessary to change your IP on a F2Play FPS?

Not against the CF T&C to have multiple accounts, so you wouldnt need to change it. All you had to do was follow the rules... Not exactly hard.

It's already obvious, when you get banned, it means you got caught on hacking or something worse, period.

guys listen its not for that i hacked acc or that its my acc its say reason hack mean that im used hack in game like aim bot wall hack imdidnt use man ppl just report me if u good player i belive u can hear ppls.... im useing bizon man not m16 and i hear ppls so its good not like a hack i just ask you guys waht i can do for get unban its just 15 day not say you why reason..

Lol, reading the OPs posts I couldn't stop laughting, his english is really a joke.
Anyways, on topic: unfortunately, if u hacked it's your fault, as you said its just 15 days, i guess its a temp ban by Xtrap, the fact that it's 15 days shows that u haven't been banned for the first time, as the first ban is 3 days then 7 days,.... (or something similar). Remove the hacks from your computer and Xtrap wont ban you anymore, or keep them and keep getting banned..

If the support system is telling you that you have to wait out your ban then that's the only answer that you're going to need.
