Nope. Clearly states at the bottom of the event page that your account has to be 1 year or older.

In order to receive you must have an account in good standing for at least 1 year(not previously banned for hacking)

Rory, are you sure? It just says that you have to have not been banned for hacking in the past year, not that you have to have an account that's 1 year old.

my acc is like not even close to a year and i got my prize just took awhile
