Client Error 1_3

I recently get the "Client Error 1_3" like every 3rd game. Mostly in GM and MM. What's the reason for this client error ? I doubt it's because i was pushed into a wall, as it happened once while i was in air.
Any idea to fix it?

Omg thts so annoying happens to me all the time in Gm. i thinks its like when u glitch a certain way. like ya know how in MM people glitch into the boxes and cant get hit? or on port (MM) people climb the boxes in the back of the map and noone can reach them? those things cause client errors. except the game got buggy and now has them EVRYWHERE. like on lost relics on the chains on A site. u slide down them (which evryone does) and BOOM! client error.
