Summer special creates LOST

Dear Z8games,
after the new patch i buyed 30 creates of the new summer special creates,
but i loosed like 7-8 creates during something like error.
There was 3. of the Char on the screen i won nothing and i lost the creates -.- .
Why did this happen, pls try to help me
